In a white riding dress, with her legs straddling the saddle of the golden stallion, Uriel rode easily. The stallion under her moved gracefully. His white mane moving easily. She was just out for a ride, for no reason beyond she was bored. The golden stallion under her had become her constant companion. He was trustworthy, and fun to speak with. Revenge was quick with wit, and a friendly being. He was a generally 'light' stallion. A good horse, one that enjoyed easy days, but could be angered for battle. She wondered where the horse had come from, but for now, things were well.

Revenge snorted as they came to a sign threatening any who trespass. Of course Sofia was not afraid of many beings, in fact she could count those that she feared on one hand. Now don't take that as a fact that she can't be defeated. Catching her off guard usually could get her hurt, badly, even to the point of death if you were strong enough. Everyone has a weak place or two. She knew that, but she was quite ready for anything. At least for now. The stallion didn't want to step into the property, but he listened to the knees from his rider. He snorted, and pranced his way across the invisable line. She wasn't paying much attention to the magical part of herself, other wise warning bells would have gone off, but for now, Sofia was willing to ignore her magic. She liked being human. It was soothing.

A house could be seen, and other buildings. She asked the stallion to trot, which he did, but not happily. She noticed the fact that the stallion was angry, upset, but still doing as she asked. He didn't like where they were going. "What is it?" she asked. His answer was just an angry snort, and she ignored it as they got clsoer to the main house, the one that actually looked lived in, not that she really cared. The golden stallion continued forward, his steps light, and almost as if he didn't want to touch the ground.

Connor had been resting in his bunk when one of the wards surrounding his camp was activated, alerting him to an intruder. He leaped out of the bed and quickly threw on a pair of pants. He ran to a window to try and see who it was. As he peered through the pane, he spotted her, the bane of, and reason for, his existence. He went to his front door, bare chested and barefoot, and leaned on the frame. "Looks like you've gone and gotten yourself lost. It's not often I see you outside of the neutral zone, Uriel."

Uriel's gaze snapped to the voice. The stallion snorted and stood still, refusing to move, his head up high. She sighed, reaching down to pat him. "The key word is you." she said carefully. She enjoyed the view, and really didn't care if he noticed that she was eyeing him. She was a woman after all.

A snort from the stallion made her look down. "I don't get lost. I have to say you couldn't have found a more... broken down place to live. Where's that stallion?" she said carefully, her gaze searching for the stallion. She did not like that animal, but it was mutual. The gold stallion stomped a hoof, but she wasn't paying a lot of attention to him. You are going to get us killed. he said loud enough for Lucifer to hear him. She looked down at the golden horse, but didn't reply.

Luc snorted at the golden stallion's remark. "Akatash! We have company." A large, black stallion came around the house. It pawed the ground.

"Uriel. I should have known. Anyone else would have been... disposed of by now." He snorted derisively. "And to be honest, I still don't see why he doesn't deal with you." Akatash noticed the dark haired woman eyeing Connor. He projected his thoughts toward his rider. 'If I'm not mistaken, Lucifer, I do believe she covets thy appendage.'

Connor shot the horse a dangerous glance, then refocused on Uriel. He wanted so badly just to... "It may be broken down, but it suits me just fine. Although I should have set up more powerful wards."

Instantly the gold stallion tenced as soon as he felt the older dark stallion. While Revenge's breed was a Spanish war horse, he was built lighter, and could easily evade the larger friesian stallion, he only had the experience a wild horse would get out in the wild. He was still young after all. He kept his eyes on the other stallion as his ears went back. HIs rider reached down and touched the stallion, trying to reasure him, didn't work.

She laughed at the stallion, from the glare, Akatosh had noticed her look. She sent a quick thought to him. Even angels notice that demons, or other angels look beautiful, or handsome. She expected rage though. The stallion hated her, more than anything else she'd ever seen. Well no, that wasn't true. Satan had hunted her for a bit. That had been exciting. Then she'd come to Tombstone, and of course, the area had always been free from everything.

"I expected a grand estate." she mused. The stallion under her hurumfed angrily, and bobbed his head. "If I actually wanteded to get across them do you think they would have stopped me?" she asked softly, suddenly getting off her horse. He whinnied in half panic, not likeing that she'd lowered herself to the ground. His bridald head tried to move between her and the other two.

What the hell do you think you are doing? he snarled into her ear, as she moved around him. She just looked at him for a moment, and like a friend just giving up, he seemed to throw up his hands, metaphoricly, and step back. You die, it's your fault. She noddded, but she held her ground instead of moving forward.

Lucifer chuckled wryly. "I think if I wanted to keep you out, I'd do a pretty good job at it." It seemed to him that ever since the day she nearly killed him, she saw herself as more powerful or a better warrior than him. It was slightly irritating, but he knew better. Let her think she's the superior fighter, so long as she doesn't find out how many times he's pulled his punches to avoid hurting her.

"You were sleeping?"

"I guess you could say that." It wasn't false, nor was it entirely true. The demon's sleeping hours were plagued by nightmares. Not of ghosts and ghouls, like so many mortals' dreams, but of returning to the fire and brimstone he hated so much. Most, if not all, other demons found it to their liking. Not Connor. It was just another reminder that he would never have redemption. He would never have Uriel.To counter this, he would place himself in a trance-like state which would leave him semi conscious and fully restored by the end.

He turned his attention to the black stallion. "Why don't you scout the hills to the southeast for me? I heard there were some bandits camped out there. Might even be a bounty on them."

"Gladly." He took off toward the target area. The last thing Akatash wanted to do was stand around with that insufferable woman and her pathetic little pack mule.

"Was there anything in particular that you needed? As you can see, I'm a very busy man."

She didn't respond. It was probably true, but then again, she had hurt him, rather badly before. And she wasn't a pansy when it came to fighting. If she could win by playing dirty she would. She really did like being the angel know one understood.

Her attention was brought to him again as he spoke about sleeping. No, he wasn't sleeping. He was transing or something similar. She had manged to purge her bad dreams for the most part by staying mainly in her shops or on her land, sometimes going for a ride. It didn't matter much after that. She was focusing in on herself more, which was actually kind of nice.

Revenge snorted, not liking the idea of the black stallion out of his sight, but he wouldn't leave Uriel's side. He knew better. She got into trouble way to easily. "As if that's busy. And no. I was wandering. Generally the shops and ranch run themselves." She turned her back on him as she reached for Revenge's reigns.

Connor caught the feeling behind the golden stallion's snort and shot him a jeering look that seemed to say, "As if you could hope to do anything against Akatash". As Uriel reached for the reigns, he felt a pang of sadness. "What, leaving already? I was really enjoying our time together" He layered his voice with sarcasm. He had spoken the truth, but he would never let her know how he felt. She wouldn't have him anyway.

Dark eyes turned to look into gray. She watched him for a moment, not breaking the gaze. She wasn't afraid of him. She hadn't been for a long time. They were equals, and in the end, with out the other, both would waist away. That was the war of Light and Dark. One with out the other is simply nothing.

"Obviously I am not welcome here. I didn't mean to come here, I was wandering. Don't kill the bandits unless they deserve it." she told him carefully, knowing he'd ignore her. She pulled herself into the saddle, the stallion tossed his head but stayed still as she setted into the seat. For a second large golden wings appeared on his back, but they faided much to quickly to be sure, even for a celestial being.
