Description| Benjamin being poor and an outlaw, doesn't have the money, resources or time to dress well. He can usually be seen in the typical cowboy outfit, but with his signature light tanned duster jacket and his black hat. He also almost always has his rifle swung over his back. He's not a very striking man, but does have very kind eyes, and is rather clean for an outlaw.

Personality| Benjamin isn't your typical outlaw, he is a rather kind, generous and well spoken young man. He's never ruthless, bloodthirsty or vile as most would expect an outlaw to be. He's a rather quiet and mild mannered man, which some may find hard to believe. Benjamin can get angered though but it takes alot of time to get him fired up, but once he is it usually isn't physical he uses words for the most part, unless someone attacks him, then he'll attack back, self-defense only, he's very protective and loyal to those he considers family and friends, and is rather stubborn when it comes to what he thinks is right and his beliefs. His personality could be due to his mother and by the fact that she was the only one to raise him before she died. Benjamin for that is a soft man, mentally as well as physically, but he can hold his own in a fight when called for, and despite his "soft" nature and demeanor he is still feared.

Story| Born in a small town Ben has long forgotten about to a saloon mother, and a drifter father, Benjamin didn't have the best life to start off with. He was the second born, but his older half brother Brandon died at age 4 from tuberculous. Benjamin's mother was devastated but managed to keep herself strong to raise Benjamin right and proper. Growing up was rather difficult but Ben managed, taking jobs here and there to help out with his mother, she was a bar saloon woman, but that only brought in so much money. In his adolescent years Ben soon fell in with the wrong men, but for the right purposes. His mother had grown sick and couldn't work anymore.
Ben had fallen in with a local gang and began doing various illegal and dangerous jobs for them, but it paid well and kept him and his mother fed. But it wasn't enough, Ben's mother soon passed away that autumn. Benjamin saw no other choice but to leave his town with the gang he had joined, the Carter Gang. run by gang leader Joe Cater, Ben was 19 years old when he joined the gang. It remained like that for eight years before Joe Carter was shot and killed on the way to Tombstone in an ambush by a rival outlaw gang while they traveled through a pass. The gang was split then and went their separate ways, Ben went on his own, and has been ever since.
