Twenty years have passed since Samuel Colt died, passing not only the family business on to his son, but his famous gun as well.
The year is 1880, and Caldwell Hart Colt has stepped into his father’s shoes, choosing the life of a hunter over that of a businessman. Armed with his father’s gun and journal, Hart wanders the states and territories in search of the unnatural, twisted, evil creatures that lurk in the shadows and prey on humanity.
